Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu

Nếu bạn từng đặt phòng hoặc nhắn tin với Raymond Holm và muốn chúng tôi xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khỏi hệ thống, làm theo các bước dưới đây.
01Cách gửi yêu cầu
- Gửi email tới support@raymondholm.vn với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu" — hoặc nhắn tin/gọi trực tiếp qua hotline, WhatsApp hay Zalo (thông tin bên dưới) từ đúng số điện thoại bạn đã dùng khi đặt phòng.
- Cho chúng tôi biết: họ tên và số điện thoại đã dùng để đặt phòng (kèm mã đặt phòng nếu bạn còn nhớ, để chúng tôi tìm nhanh hơn).
- Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận đã nhận được yêu cầu và có thể liên hệ lại để xác minh đúng là bạn (đối chiếu số điện thoại) trước khi xử lý.
02Chúng tôi sẽ làm gì
Sau khi xác minh, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn (họ tên, số điện thoại, nội dung tin nhắn, lịch sử đặt phòng, hình ảnh giấy tờ đã gửi...) trong vòng tối đa 30 ngày kể từ khi xác minh xong.
Ngoại lệ theo quy định pháp luật: riêng hồ sơ liên quan tới đăng ký tạm trú (ảnh hộ chiếu/visa) phải lưu giữ tối thiểu 12 tháng theo quy định về sổ tiếp nhận lưu trú (Thông tư 56/2021/TT-BCA), ngay cả sau khi bạn yêu cầu xóa. Chúng tôi sẽ thông báo rõ nếu trường hợp của bạn thuộc diện này.
03Xác nhận hoàn tất
Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi lại (qua kênh bạn dùng để gửi yêu cầu) khi việc xóa dữ liệu đã hoàn tất.

Data Deletion Instructions

If you've booked a stay or messaged Raymond Holm and would like us to delete your personal data from our system, follow the steps below.
01How to request deletion
- Email support@raymondholm.vn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" — or contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or Zalo (details below) from the same phone number you used to book.
- Include your full name and the phone number used for your booking (and your booking reference, if you have it, to help us locate your record faster).
- We'll confirm we've received your request and may follow up to verify it's really you (by matching your phone number) before proceeding.
02What happens next
Once verified, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data (name, phone number, message content, booking history, submitted ID document images, etc.) within 30 days of verification.
Legal exception: records tied to mandatory temporary-residence registration (passport/visa photos) must be retained for a minimum of 12 months under accommodation-register regulations (Circular 56/2021/TT-BCA), even after you request deletion. We'll let you know clearly if this applies to your case.
03Confirmation
We'll get back to you (via the channel you used to reach us) once your data has been deleted.
